FANUC robot parts

Spare parts for FANUC robots: the motors, power supplies, reducers, wrists and balancers that keep a robot arm working, stocked as parts. Complete robots are not sold here; the teach pendants that operate them have their own page.

Robot parts beyond the teach pendant

Most robot-parts inquiries that reach this catalogue start at the teach pendant, because the pendant is the part that gets dropped. This page covers the rest of the arm: the sub-families the seller publishes for FANUC robot parts — robot motors, robot power supplies, RV reducers, robot wrists, balancers and robot grease. They are stocked at sub-family level and answered by the number on the fitted part, with the robot model named beside it.

The split matters for ordering. A wrist unit, a reducer and a motor can all present as one stiff or noisy axis, and the desk's first job on a robot inquiry is to work out which sub-family the symptom belongs to. Naming the axis and the symptom in the inquiry does most of that work before the first answer.

Quoting a robot part

Robot parts are quoted by the robot, not only by the part: the same sub-family name covers different parts on different robot models. Send the part number where the fitted part carries one, the robot model, and the axis position — J1 at the base behaves nothing like the wrist axes, and the stock answer follows the axis as much as the number. Photographs of the part's label, read into the message, are a normal ordering route for this family.

Repair for robot parts

Robot motors and power supplies from this shelf are covered by the same repair service as the CNC families, and teach pendants are a regular bench line. Mechanical sub-families — reducers, wrists, balancers — are shelf lines: the desk answers for replacement from stock, and the used parts page's condition words apply to them the same way. Grease is ordered by the robot model it is specified for; state the model and the gearbox it serves.
